Well, I dunno what it is. I just installed Tabula Rasa and after about 2 hours of patching got to play for an hour with absolutely no trouble. I didn't have to do anything to the firewall for that. I guess I'm just glad I'll be able to play some g...

I solved the .dll problem by finding the dll file online, d/l it to the same folder as the game, then copy the .dll file to windows/system32 folder everytime I loaded up. I had to do the same thing for Civilization. Then of course I couldn't play ...
